Executive Director

Dolores R. Guiñazú is a Certified Sworn (court-approved) Translator. Dolores is ISO 27001:2013 Internal Auditor and is an active member of IRAM (ISO member body in Argentina) working on adapting, adopting and translating standards in Translation & Interpreting, Terminology, and Security Information and Confidentiality Issues for the Argentinean market. She holds an MBA in Marketing Management (Universidad del Salvador and Albany University – State University of New York) and is a Certified International Copyeditor by Fundacion Litterae & Fundeu. 

She is a voting member of the ATA (American Translators Association) for more than 14 years, and actively participates in the ATA Standards Committee. This is related to National and international standards and in the way they are being developed, in the areas of translation, interpreting, terminology, and language technology. ATA Standards Committee was established to provide members with information about language-related standards, and to ensure that ATA actively participates in the establishment and maintenance of such standards. 

Dolores is also a member of ASTM TC F43 on Language Services and Products) in the United States. She holds two Certifications from the Translation Automation User Society, TAUS, in Post-editing and Transcreation. 

She works for Marketing Agencies and Corporate and individual direct clients around the world. She is the creator of Attitudeable podcast in Spanish and English. This is a space where she interviews and talks about the power of good and direct marketing communication. 

Dolores has been lecturing on Quality Management, International Quality Standards, Podcasting, and Post-editing in person and virtually in different Congresses and Conferences in Asia, Europe, United States, Mexico, and South America.
